Welcome! lost little things specializes in laser cut and screen printed home goods, wedding/events decor, gifts and more. All items are hand crafted in Boise, Idaho. Please read over the shop polices prior to placing an order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. 

 

Payment

All items must be paid for in advance and will not ship until payment is cleared. In order to save paper we do not include printed receipts with your shipment. If you would like a printed receipt included with your order please request one in the notes upon checkout. You do not need a receipt to request a return or exchange as long as your information on file matches that provided.  

A sales tax of 6% is collected for Idaho residence. 

 

shipping

Shipping and handling varies per item, per order. All domestic and international orders are sent USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, whichever is most economical. All international orders include a tracking number. Most items will ship within 3-5 business days after payment has been processed unless specified in the product description. Custom orders are minimum 7-10 days. Packages will be mailed to the address listed on your order and a shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please double check your shipping address before confirming an order.

 Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties or customs charges. If you would like to upgrade shipping or insure items arrive faster, please contact us in advance and we will send you an invoice for additional charges. We will do everything we can to get you your package safe and timely but we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or lost packages.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and guarentee quality craftsmanship. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for shipping costs and to return the item asap. Items must be carefully contained when shipped and include any original packaging (i.e. tags, product bags, etc). We will refund the cost of the item as originally purchased minus shipping charges as soon as it is received in its original, unworn condition. 

We CANNOT accept returns on earrings or custom orders. These sales are final. 

If you simply want to exchange an item because you've changed your mind and would like a different style please contact us within 7 days and follow the same rules noted above for returns.
